Product Hive is a community of product managers and product management enthusiasts in Poland. Our mission is to support the development of professionals through the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices.

The Product Hive conference is organised by Paulina Grodzicka and Piotr Włodarczyk, experienced product managers with many years of experience in the technology industry.

Paulina Grodzicka
An experienced leader in digital product management and IT technology, with over 14 years of industry experience. Up until recently Paulina was a Product Department Director at ERGO Technology & Services, where she was responsible for product development strategy and transformation processes, leading a team of specialists.
She gained her experience as a Product Manager in international companies in Warsaw and in London, working in the media and technology sector.
Outside of her professional activities, she is involved in the development of the product community. She is a mentor in the Dare IT programme, founder of Product Tank Warsaw community and an active participant in initiatives supporting knowledge exchange in the industry. In 2023, she was recognised in the ‘Strong Women in IT’ report.
Piotr Włodarczyk
He demonstrates how to apply Product Management, Agile, and Lean in practice, without unnecessary theorising. For some, it is magic; for others, it is solid work with people.
An experienced Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, specialising in managing SaaS products and mobile applications.
Before founding Product Hive, he gained experience in leading technology companies, where he successfully led product teams and brought innovative solutions to market. He is passionate about building communities and sharing his knowledge of Product Management.
