of attendance
By registering for the event called Product Hive 2026, taking place in Warsaw on 18-19 March 2026, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions of participation.
General provisions
The Organiser of the Event is Product Hive Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at ul. Zygmunta Hübnera 1/135 in Warsaw, postal code 01-756, NIP 5253042327, registered in the National Court Register.
By registering, the purchaser authorises the Organiser to issue VAT invoices electronically (e.g. by email).
Formal complaints, requests for refunds or other requests requiring action by the Organiser should be sent to kontakt@producthive.pl. Responses will be provided within 15 working days of the date of submission.
Liability & obligations
The ticket holder acknowledges that they cannot claim compensation from the Organiser under any natural circumstances if the Event is hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, natural disasters, lack of speakers or other unforeseen circumstances necessitating a change in the programme.
If the Event is cancelled by decision of the Organiser, participants will receive a full refund.
Ticket refunds are possible within strict deadlines, and the refunded amount will be reduced by the organisational costs incurred by the Organiser, according to the following schedule:
- until 13 February 2026 to receive a 50% refund of the ticket price;
- from 14 February 2026 to 27 February 2026 to receive a refund of 25% of the ticket price.
After 27 February 2026, no refunds will be possible.
Refunds will be made within 25 working days of receipt of the cancellation.
Recordings & personal data
The speaker's presentation and all related materials are their intellectual property. Recording for commercial purposes requires the written consent of both the Organiser and the Speaker. The Organiser has the right to request that a participant remove their equipment or leave the Event if the recording disrupts the course of the Event.
By participating in the Event, all participants, speakers and staff agree to the Organiser's public use of photographs, audio and video in future media materials.
Participants agree to provide the Organiser with personal data for the purpose of conducting transactions by the Organiser, in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
